Download this inventory tracker that also includes an expense sheet and mileage log! You are welcome to edit the sheets to fit your business. For example. in the Inventory Tracker, we have "Bin A", "Bin B", Bin C" listed as additional sheets at the bottom because we store our inventory in bins labeled with these letters. If you use a different system, you can change the name of the sheet at the bottom to fit your system.

You'll find the Expense Sheet and Mileage Tracker at the end of the list of bins (after Bin Z). Just scroll the sheets at the bottom to the right to find them at the end.

On the Expense Tracker Page we listed a few examples of expenses for you. Please edit those to fit what your expenses are for your business. Each column will total the expenses for that month at the bottom.

On the Mileage Tracker Page you can type in your total miles for each trip underneath the month. It will total the miles for each month at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: You will need to make a copy of this spreadsheet to use it.
